New year-round offering provides credible validation of governance and risk management practices through a focused assessment built from the GRESB Real Estate Standard. <\/em><\/p>\n

AMSTERDAM, July 1, 2026<\/strong> \u2014 GRESB today announced the launch of Fundamentals, a focused, GRESB-aligned approach for real estate managers to validate and communicate sustainability governance and risk management practices.<\/p>\n

The launch reflects GRESB\u2019s continued commitment to enabling financial markets to make informed decisions by transforming fragmented sustainability data and frameworks into trusted, decision-grade intelligence that drives capital allocation and asset improvement.<\/p>\n

Built on 17 foundational indicators drawn directly from the GRESB Real Estate Standard, Fundamentals provides organizations new to GRESB with a practical and structured way to demonstrate oversight, accountability, and risk management practices that underpin investor confidence and long-term value creation.<\/p>\n
