We are grateful to the more than 260 organizations for their valuable input. Respondents support GRESB\u2019s efforts to strengthen the Real Estate Standard in line with market expectations and to deliver outcome-oriented and decision-useful insights. They also welcome earlier visibility of methodology and score impacts, better reflection of sector and regional differences, and a continued focus on reducing reporting burden.<\/p>\n<p>Responses are currently being reviewed and will inform refinements to the proposed updates to the Real Estate Standard. GRESB expects to publish a summary of consultation feedback in Q3 2026, followed by the final updates to the 2028 Real Estate Standard in Q4 2026.<\/p>\n<h3>Standards Committees Call for Applicants<\/h3>\n<p>The Foundation Board will begin to review applications for the Standards Committee members in the coming months and is looking forward to welcoming several new members! We encourage new applicants to review the <a href=\"https:\/\/gresb-prd-public.s3.amazonaws.com\/2024\/Foundation\/Standards+Committees+Terms+of+Reference_July+2024_FINAL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Standards Committee Terms of Reference<\/a> and then complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.monday.com\/forms\/6dd27870eb1733304135650c49e64e3d?r=use1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nomination form<\/a> for either (or both) the Real Estate and Infrastructure Standards Committees as we will be looking for new members later this year.<\/p>\n<p>The Foundation also welcomes GRESB Members to apply to join one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gresb.com\/expert-resource-group-application-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Expert Resource Groups<\/a> for which we accept new members twice per year.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n              \n              \n<div class=\"author-small\">\n  \n  \n  <\/div>\n\n              \n              \n                          <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n        \n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n\n\n\n  <section style=\"padding-block: 0px;
