The GRESB Infrastructure Development <\/span>Asset <\/span>Assessment is a new<\/span> assessment as of the 2024 reporting year, <\/span>focus<\/span>ing<\/span> on greenfield development and pre-operational assets<\/span>. <\/span>It was developed to provide <\/span>companies<\/span> with assets in construction or pre-<\/span>construction<\/span> a way to accurately re<\/span>flect <\/span>the<\/span>ir overall<\/span> sustainability <\/span>efforts<\/span>. It draws from and aligns wi<\/span>th <\/span>existing GRESB Assessments and external sustainability<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>frameworks<\/span>, using <\/span>a <\/span>\u2018<\/span>dynamic materiality<\/span>\u2019<\/span> to <\/span>more accurately reflect an asset\u2019s <\/span>unique characteristics and development state<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n \n
